We recently got married at Dunsley Hall, we can not thank Dee and her team enough for what they did on our special day. From meeting with Dee the first time to plan our wedding, to saying our vows the whole experience has been absolutely second to none!
The whole process was very relaxed and chilled out, seen as we only booked the wedding the end of August nothing was rushed. Dee could not do enough for us, a very caring, kind, trustworthy and experienced planner!
The service on the day was impeccable, the staff could not do enough to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible. The sit down meal was delicious! Especially with Yorkshire puddings!! :D. The overnight stay rooms were in excellent condition, very clean and tidy with tea/coffee available. We stayed in the Throckmorton room which was magical, from the carved out bed to the roll top bath. The whole experience has been breathtaking.
We highly recommend anyone who is thinking of starting their next chapter together to tie the knot at Dunsley Hall! You will not be disappointed. Your day will be magical. Once again thank you ever so much Dee and your team for making our special day truly unforgettable! We will miss you all. x

Room very spacious. Television was quite small for the room, but beautifully decorated.|Sadly there was a party on the Saturday night and a lot of banging of doors until quite late which disturbed our sleep.|The Sunday evening was nice and quiet though.

We went here today 13th August 2023 a table booked at 1pm for an afternoon tea to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first visit and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted in reception, showed to our table + within a few minutes was served our first pot of tea. We asked for plain sandwiches which were fresh + full. The scones were still warm + the rest of the cake selection were delicious. The battenburg cake was amazing We have not tasted a battenburg cake like it. I would recommend here we were looked after + were made to feel welcome. A peaceful setting will be back again. Thank you to the staff that looked after us superbly.
Food & drinks: Beautifully presented + enjoyable

Me and my friends visited here last week. Very poor customer service from a woman called Dione she was rude from the start of our visit to the end. I visited with friends for an afternoon tea. Food was nice but a bit over priced for what you got.
However the rudeness from Dione was unbelievable from the moment we entered she pulled a right miserable face at us, no warm welcome at all!
Throughout the visit she slammed plates and food down on our table. She obviously didn’t want to be there. For this reason we won’t be returning to Dunsley hall I think your staff (Dione) needs some training in customer service and people skills if you want return custom. For this reason we won’t be returning. We get better customer service at weatherspoons!

We had afternoon tea at Dunsley Hall Hotel and what a fantastic time we had. I’m always dubious when taking me two children (under the age of 3) to a calm setting like afternoon tea but my word were dunsley hall accommodating! They provide …
