I couldn't fault Midcalf Nicholls. My house sold within weeks. They have the local market knowledge and database to get people through the door. It also helps to have someone negotiate on your behalf. Selling a house is very personal and you need someone to be level headed and guide you through the process. I know some people go for online agents, but really you can't beat the service of a local estate agent who knows exactly how to push your property. I felt like they were there with me every step of the way.
