We are devastated that we have lost our beautiful little girl Sally so suddenly. As has always been the case over the years, when we have lost any of our pets, we have turned to Prestwood Crematorium. Set up after the owners read an horrific news article about a despicable pet crematorium dumping pets bodies at a landfil site, they decided to open up Prestwood. All our pets have been treated with dignity and respect and the staff are wonderful. You have your own private appointment slot where you get time to say goodbye to your pet and choose their casket along with any keepsakes etc. There are never any pressurised sales tactics used. They have rememberance books for you to place an entry in if you wish and you yourselves are treated with the utmost compassion at what is such a difficult time. I cannot praise them enough.

It's been a week since my Dog ​​passed away. He was taken to Prestwood by Dignipets where He was cremated the next day. His ashes were supposed to be sent to the vet, but I called and asked if I can collect them in person. They were very nice and understanding. I left home immediately and an hour later I was there ready to take Him home. He was cremated on Friday and we collected His ashes on Monday. They ask you to arrive at a specific time so that there are no other people, which is good. This makes it more intimate and private. Also they did everything we asked for (paw print, fur clip). Every pet owner will have to face this at some point. Here you have kind people who treat the animals with respect on their final journey.

We have just dropped North off to these wonderful people who treat you with respect and compassion Highly recommended for the final resting place of your dog(s).

My little girl was treated with so much respect, and for me, support for what has been a grief stricken time. Thank you for your wonderful service and amazing heartwarming attention to detail throughout my visit ❤️

Treated our Dottie with dignity and respect, kind and compassionate, we were so grateful to be able to see our girl at peace looking so well before we bought her home. Having sadly had to use the services of another pet crematorium recently, I want to highlight the outstanding Prestwood Pet Crematorium, who unlike chain providers treated my beloved dog and family members with respect and dignity. I hope anybody who reads this gets to personally ensure their pet's final journey is overseen by the wonderful people here.

My baby Lola passed away on the 7th June and absolutely broke my heart prestwood we’re amazing in their care for her allowing the viewing in her casket was a lovely way to remember her at peace she looked like she was just sleeping. I collected her Ashes today and I’m numb but I’m thankful for the compassion that they showed my Lola may she rest in eternal peace until we meet again goodnight my baby mama is heartbroken 💔

Amazing support from Jill and everyone at Prestwood Crematorium following the sudden death of our beloved family dog Milo. Nothing was too much for them and they even arranged to collect Milo from PDSA animal hospital and also at short notice for us as a family to be able to go along and say our final good bye. We have been left devastated and heartbroken after our vet failed to notice Milo was seriously ill, instead giving him medication for sickness and sending him home. Jill and her team showed us real compassion in our darkest hours and we cannot thank them enough for all their help x

Unfortunatley we had to make the most difficult decision a few weeks back that we have ever have to make and have our Gizmo put to sleep as it was the right thing to do by him. We were both lost the following day and in shock and did not know what to do. We called prestwood up on the saturday morning and they fitted us in within the hour to view there caskets and also paw print memorials as we wanted the best for him. We both found so much comfort in being able to see where he was going for his cremation and all the items they had available for us for keep sakes we can cherish until we meet at the rainbow bridge. Prestwood we could not thank you enough for all your support at this difficult time knowing you have handled this with the most care, respect and dignity we will be forever greatfull.
